Celebrating the Circle of Support

The Full Moon is gracing us with her light this Sunday, and she’s offering us a moment to pause and reflect. This is the perfect time to honor the relationships we’ve been nurturing, the people that make up our communities and bring light and warmth to our lives. It’s easy to focus on what’s missing in our networks, but how often do we take a step back to celebrate the support we already have?

Think about the connections in your life. Who are the people who’ve been there for you, no matter how big or small their role has been? Maybe it’s a friend who checks in regularly, a client who trusts your expertise, or even someone who shared an encouraging word when you needed it most. These moments of connection, no matter how fleeting, deserve to be acknowledged.

As a neurodivergent woman, there have been many times where I felt alone or isolated. But during those times, small gestures of support reminded me that I wasn’t alone. A friend who offered to hand out my business cards at local businesses, a sister who took me out for tea, a client sending a positive review, these moments were pivotal in helping me continue forward with confidence.

What about you? Who comes to mind when you think of support in your life? This week is an invitation to sit with those memories and celebrate the bonds you’ve nurtured, whether they’re deep and lasting or just beginning to grow.

Tarot Guidance

The Ten of Pentacles is the perfect card to guide us through this week’s reflection. It represents the fulfillment and abundance that come from strong, supportive connections. Think of it as a symbol of a well-tended garden, each plant representing a relationship you’ve cared for.

Not every plant will grow at the same pace, and that’s okay. Some relationships might feel like thriving trees providing shade and stability, while others are just tiny sprouts, full of potential. This card invites us to appreciate the richness of it all, knowing that the care we give to our relationships returns to us in unexpected and beautiful ways.

One way I’ve embraced this is by writing gratitude letters. Even if I don’t send them, the act of writing reminds me of the ways others have impacted my life. It’s a practice I come back to whenever I feel disconnected, and it always brings me back to a place of appreciation for the precious people in my life.

Astrological Influence

This week, we focus on the Moon and the 4th house, two areas of your natal chart that hold clues about your emotional needs and your sense of belonging. The Moon reflects your inner world, emotions, and what makes you feel nurtured. Meanwhile, the 4th house represents your foundations, family, and the places or people that feel like home.

Together, these two aspects of your chart can offer insight into the types of relationships that help you feel supported and grounded. For example, do you find fulfillment in creating close-knit bonds, or do you feel more at home in larger communities? Exploring the Moon and the 4th house in your chart can reveal the kinds of connections that bring out your best self.

For me, having a Scorpio Moon in the 1st house and an Aquarius 4th house with Jupiter has taught me the importance of balancing emotional depth with expansive community. My Scorpio Moon craves raw, transformative connections where vulnerability is embraced, while my Aquarius 4th house, amplified by Jupiter, feels most nourished in inclusive, forward-thinking spaces that inspire intellectual and spiritual growth. I’ve found that I thrive in chosen families and visionary communities where I can be both deeply seen and free to explore my individuality. These placements remind me that my most fulfilling relationships are those that honor my emotional intensity while encouraging me to contribute to something larger than myself.

Questions to ask yourself this week:
What steps can I take to ensure my network feels inclusive, complete, and fulfilling for everyone involved? How can I nurture meaningful relationships that promote growth and abundance?

This Full Moon offers a beautiful opportunity to celebrate the connections that bring light into your life. Take a moment this week to reach out to someone you’re grateful for, write a note of appreciation, or simply reflect on the support you’ve received.

Above, I’ve created a guided meditation designed to help you connect deeply with your circle of support. This practice is a perfect way to honor the energy of the Full Moon and anchor your reflections in a moment of stillness.

Next week, we’ll explore how to release what no longer serves us, creating space for new relationships and opportunities. For now, let the warmth of your circle of support remind you that you’re never truly alone, and that your journey is more beautiful because of the connections you share.
